Our oat clusters are not gluten-free. While oats can be tolerated by some people with gluten intolerance, commercial oats may be processed in facilities that also handle wheat.

5. Are your snacks nut free?

We don’t add peanuts or any types of tree nuts, making our clusters lunchbox-friendly. Note: we bake in a shared facility, so we cannot fully guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

6. What makes your snack sweet?

We use 100% organic brown rice syrup and organic maple syrup—no cane sugar, gluten, fructose, or GMOs.

7. Why do your snacks contain saturated fat?

Organic coconut naturally increases the saturated fat content compared to products without coconut.

8. Do your snacks contain fibre?

Yes! Packed with natural fibre from oats, coconut, and chia seeds, our clusters help keep you satisfied and nourished.

9. Are there additives in your snacks?

No – our oat clusters are made without any artificial colours, preservatives, or other additives. Just wholesome, natural ingredients you can feel good about.

Sold in 200g bags, you can take 2-3 clusters at a time for a zero-waste lunchbox.
